Here, visual direction, layout, and hierarchy take shape. The focus is on clarity, balance, and cohesion — creating a structure that feels intuitive while allowing your brand’s essence to come through naturally.

Build & Refine

Your website is built in Squarespace 7.1 with care and attention to detail. Refinement happens intentionally, ensuring the design translates seamlessly across devices and feels considered at every touchpoint.

Before launch, final details are reviewed and refined. You’ll receive guidance, training, and handover so you feel confident managing your site — and ready to share it with ease.

  • Each custom website is designed and built with care, intention, and attention to detail.

    Inclusions vary slightly by package, but every website design includes:

    • Custom website design and build on Squarespace 7.1

    • Strategic guidance on structure, layout, and positioning.

    • SEO basics and best practices

    • One strategy call at the beginning of the project

    • One round revisions

    • Lauch support

    • Training and handover, so you feel confident managing your site

    Copywriting is guided throughout the process to ensure alignment between content and visual direction.

  • To ensure clarity and transparency, the following are not included in the project investment unless agreed separately:

    • Squarespace subscription fees

    • Domain registration or domain-related costs

    • Fees for third-party plug-ins, tools, or services

    • Custom copywriting

    • Photography, illustration, or advanced graphic design

    • Ongoing maintenance or updates after project completion

    However, I am happy to guide and assist with setup and selection of suitable plans, subscriptions, and domain configuration as part of the project.

    Additional services and add-ons can be discussed once alignment is confirmed.

  • Each project is scoped individually to reflect the depth and structure of the work.

    The investment covers design, strategy, and implementation - not hours worked. This allows the process to remain focused on quality, clarity, and thoughtful outcomes.

    Any work requested beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed separately before proceeding.

  • Design timelines are estimates and reflect the collaborative nature of the process.

  • Website projects are collaborative by nature.

    Clear communication, timely feedback, and aligned expectations help ensure the process remains smooth and intentional from start to launch.

    Guidance and direction are provided throughout, with space for thoughtful refinement rather than rushed decisions.

  • Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of website design, all projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

    If a project is cancelled before the design phase starts, any payments made beyond the initial consultation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    This policy exists to respect the time, preparation, and creative direction invested in each collaboration.
