Working with Sincère
  • Design collaborations begin through referral or project inquiry. The inquiry form helps ensure alignment in vision, scope, and timing before moving forward.

    Selected projects begin with a discovery call where we discuss the project, timeline, and next steps.

  • Sincère intentionally takes on a limited number of projects each quarter. This allows every collaboration to receive the attention, care, and creative focus it deserves

  • Yes. Sincère works with clients internationally. Many projects are completed remotely, and when meaningful to the work, in-person meetings can also be arranged.

  • Yes. While many collaborations take place remotely, travel may be arranged when a deeper understanding of the brand, environment, or team would benefit the project.

  • After submitting an inquiry, you will typically receive a response within two to three business days.

    If the project appears aligned, we will schedule a discovery call to discuss your goals, timeline, and scope before preparing a proposal.

Website Design
  • Website projects typically take between 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project and the responsiveness of feedback and content delivery.

  • Sincère primarily designs websites using Squarespace, chosen for its balance of visual quality, reliability, and ease of use for clients managing their sites independently. However, for e-commerce we recommend Shopify.

  • Yes. Websites are designed so clients can easily update their content and manage their site independently. Guidance is provided so you feel confident maintaining your website after launch.

  • Yes. Ongoing website management and brand support can be arranged separately on a commissioned basis for clients who would like continued support after launch.

  • Website projects primarily focus on structure, design, and visual direction. Copywriting and photography can be arranged through trusted collaborators when needed.

    Brand photography and photoshoots may also be commissioned separately. Please contact for more information.

Brand Identity & Creative Direction
  • Creative direction defines the visual concept and aesthetic direction of a brand.

    Brand identity design develops that direction into a complete visual system, including elements such as logo design, typography, colour palette, and brand guidelines.

  • Not necessarily. However, having a clear brand identity often leads to a more cohesive and intentional website design.

  • Brand identity projects typically take 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope and the collaboration process.

  • Yes. Ongoing website management and brand support can be arranged separately on a commissioned basis for clients who would like continued support after launch.

  • Yes. Brand photography direction and photoshoots can be arranged as an additional service when needed. These sessions are designed to align with the visual identity and creative direction of the brand.

Template Collections
  • After purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing direct links to your Canva templates along with guidance on how to begin.

  • No. Templates work with both free and Canva Pro accounts, although some design elements may require Canva Pro.

  • Images shown in previews are placeholder images sourced from stock libraries and are not included in the purchase.

  • Yes. All templates are fully editable. Colours, fonts, imagery, and text can be adjusted to suit your brand.

  • Template collections are released seasonally. Previous collections may occasionally be updated, though updates are not guaranteed.

Payments & Policies
  • Projects require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due according to the project agreement.

  • Yes. Payment plans can be arranged for larger projects to make collaborations more manageable.

  • Due to the digital nature of template products, all sales are final.

    Service agreements include clear terms and cancellation policies outlined before a project begins.

  • Sincère operates through close collaboration rather than volume. Each project is guided personally from strategy and creative direction through design and delivery.

    The approach is intentionally thoughtful and selective, allowing the work to remain cohesive, intentional, and deeply aligned with each client’s vision.

  • Yes. Many collaborations extend beyond design to include brand clarity, visual direction, and strategic insight.

    Each project is approached as a partnership, ensuring the final outcome supports both the aesthetic and long-term goals of the brand.

  • Yes. Sincère welcomes opportunities to collaborate with luxury and lifestyle brands on creative direction, brand concepts, and visual campaigns.

    These collaborations often operate within existing brand guidelines while developing new creative concepts for campaigns, launches, or visual initiatives.
