Digital Products

Sincère Creative Consulting offers digital products including:

  • Canva templates

  • Squarespace website templates

  • Online courses

  • Presets

  • Digital planners (e.g. Notion templates)

Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after payment.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access has been granted.

Services

Custom services are offered upon inquiry and may include:

  • Brand identity design

  • Creative direction

  • Custom Canva templates

  • Website design

  • Creative consulting

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service bookings. The remaining balance is payable as agreed in the project proposal or contract.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service with written notice. Deposits remain non-refundable.

Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly.

This policy reflects industry best practice and ensures time, preparation, and availability are respected on both sides.

Client Satisfaction

Sincère Creative Consulting is committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.

Revisions and feedback rounds are defined in each project agreement. While satisfaction is a priority, creative services are subjective and results cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, and materials remain the intellectual property of Sincère Creative Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital products are licensed for personal or business use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

Limitation of Liability

Sincère Creative Consulting is not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or technical issues beyond reasonable control, including third-party platforms or software.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled under Finnish jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version.
