We begin with a structured discovery phase to understand your brand, your audience, and your ambitions. Through conversation and analysis, we identify the key themes that inform the direction of the project.

creative direction

Based on insights, we develop several visual directions that explore how your brand could evolve. These concepts establish the tone, aesthetic language, and emotional atmosphere that will guide the identity.

design & Refinement

Once a direction is selected, we refine and develop the identity system. Through collaborative feedback, we shape the final logo, visual language, and supporting elements.

documentation & implementation

The final stage focuses on clarity and usability. Your brand guidelines are documented, ensuring that your visual identity can be applied consistently across future communications.

    Timelines may vary slightly on responsiveness, content readingness, and project complexity.

  • All collaborations are structured and intentional. Each project includes scheduled review stages to ensure alignment and thoughtful feedback throughout the process.

    Guidance and direction are provided throughout, with space for thoughtful refinement rather than rushed decisions.

  • Due to the time and preparation involved in strategic creative work, deposits are non-refundable once the projects has commenced. Full terms are outlined in the project agreement prior to engagement.

    This policy exists to respect the time, and preparation invested in each collaboration.

  • Brand identity design focuses on visual language and direction. Website design, marketing campaigns, and ongoing brand management are separate services that may be commissioned seperatley.

I approach my work as more than a transaction. Every collaboration begins with understanding the people, ideas, and ambitions behind the brand. As a strategic partner, creative director, and designer, I guide each project personally from insight through design. When meaningful to the work, I welcome the opportunity to meet clients in person and collaborate more closely.

Because of this level of involvement, Sincére intentionally takes a limited number of projects each season to ensure every collaboration receives the attention and care it deserves.
