Our Story
Sincére was born from a simple belief that branding should feel honest, intentional, and deeply aligned.
Long before it became a studio Sincére existed as a way of seeing the world - through detail, emotion, and meaning. A belief that visual identity is not decoration, but expression. That the most powerful brands don’t shout, but resonate.
At its core, Sincére stands for truth expressed with refinement. Authentic by nature, refined by design.
The studio operates at the intersection of intuition and strategy, art and structure. It is shaped by a love for storytelling, a respect for clarity, and a commitment to creating work that feels as good as it looks - and works just as intentionally.
Sincére creates brand identities, digital experiences, and creative resources for founders and brands who value substance, aesthetics, and thoughtful growth. Whether through custom creative direction or carefully curated templates, the work is always guided by the same philosophy: to help brands express who they truly are and show up with quiet confidence.
Meet the Founder
I’ve always moved through the world with a heightened sensitivity to beauty. As a child, I disappeared into galleries, books, ballet, and figure skating — worlds that taught me to feel deeply and notice details others overlooked. Growing up between the United Stated and Central Europe shaped my eye for culture and design, and helped me understand how identity can be felt before it is spoken.
Today, I work with clients across Europe — blending Scandinavian minimalism, quiet luxury, intentional white space, emotional storytelling, and strategic clarity. My approach is intuitive yet intentional, shaped by a decade of diverse experience and a Master’s degree in International Business Administration.
Creating isn’t just my profession — it is my way of serving.

I’ve always moved through the world of heightened sensitivity to beauty. As a child, I disappeared into art — into galleries, paintings, books, ballet, live instrumental music and figure skating. These worlds taught me to feel deeply, notice details others overlooked, and express myself intuitively. It wasn’t long before I recognised a natural talent for storytelling and design. It was a language I seemed to speak without being taught.
Growing up between the United States and Central Europe shaped my eye for aesthetics. It taught me how visuals communicate across language, how stories shift though culture, and how identity can be felt before it is spoken. My international background is an integral part of my creative DNA. My mother tongue is English, and I have always felt at home in international environments -collaborating with people from different backgrounds, perspectives, and worlds. Although I now live in Finland, my work extends across borders.
My aesthetic is rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, quiet luxury, intentional white space, thoughtful pacing, and statements that never need to shout. Inspiration follows me wherever I go: the elegance of Paris, the sunlit vibrance of Marbella, and the bold creative pulse of New York and LA. These influences shape my signature style: refined, emotional, modern, timeless.
Before founding Sincére, my career moved through the worlds of beauty, wellness, elite sports, and public-sector development — from cosmetology to sales management, to leading International Wellness Tourism at an Olympic Training centre to managing seven figure procurement and European Social Fund projects. Along the way I deepened this experience with a Master’s degree in International Business Administration, which strengthened the strategic clarity I now bring into every project I take.
It eventually became clear that my purpose was rooted both in my childhood and in the experiences that followed. The same attention to detail that once left me in awe — the way thoughtfully curated design could move me — kept resurfacing throughout my career. Whenever I worked on branding, service design, or visual identity, I slipped into a deep, uninterrupted flow. Hours disappeared and ideas aligned effortlessly.
Through reflection and my ikigai exploration, I finally understood why: creating wasn’t just something I enjoyed — it was work I was meant to dedicate myself to. It came to me naturally, almost instinctively. Sincére became the natural expression of the realisation — a labour of love.
Clients often tell me they’re obsessed with the visuals and describe me as the most beautiful soul to work with — talented, easygoing, deeply productive. I hold these words with gratitude because branding is intimate. It requires trust, intuition, and a genuine connection between the founder and the creative direction.
Today, I live in Finland surrounded by nature and stillness — a grounding environment that supports my creativity and work ethic. Movement is a part of my process; running, pilates and horseback riding are dear to me. Reading and art help me disappear into new worlds. This blend of silence, motion, and curiosity keeps my work alive, balanced and deeply inspired.
At my core, I believe every brand has a story worth expressing — and that when visuals carry the story with intention, they can move people long before words arrive.

Moikka & ihana tutustua
Olen Kristi – Sincèren perustaja. Alun perin kasvoin Yhdysvaltojen ja Saksan kulttuurien keskellä, mutta kotiuduin lopulta Suomeen. Taustani on monipuolinen: minulla on maisterin tutkinto kansainvälisestä liiketoiminnan johtamisesta ja AMK-tutkinto liikunnasta. Olen työskennellyt yli kymmenen vuotta erilaisissa johtotehtävissä, vetänyt useita projekteja ja auttanut monia yrittäjiä kehittämään työelämänsä laatua.
Suurin intohimoni on kuitenkin aina ollut luovassa tekemisessä – erityisesti brändäyksen ja visuaalisen sisällön parissa työskentely.

Päivittäinen inspiraationi kumpuaa luonnon rauhasta ja rakkaasta harrastuksestani, ratsastuksesta, jossa aitous, tasapaino ja luottamus ovat kaiken lähtökohta. Sama ajatus ohjaa työtäni.
